Raymond Ndlovu, Chair of GreaterGood’s board of trustees, is the co-founder and CEO of Noah Financial Innovation, a financial services company formed in 2002. Ndlovu founded Prodigy Asset Management and was its executive director. Earlier, he was with Allan Gray, Metropolitan and Standard Chartered & Merchant Bank (Zimbabwe). His financial services experience covers structured trade and project finance, debt trading, employee benefits investments and asset management. He also serves as a Trustee for the JSE Empowerment Fund Trust and holds an honours degree in business studies from the University of Zimbabwe.
Tamzin Ractliffe, Founder and Executive Trustee of GreaterGood, has a BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology and worked internationally in financial management and strategic organisational development for more than twenty years before starting The Funding Site and GreaterGood SA.
Dean Hand, CEO of GreaterGood group (including GreaterCapital),has twenty years of experience working with executive management teams on strategy development, leadership and organisational strategy within the corporate sector and spent five years as the Executive Director of a national NGO.
Carol Tappenden, business development director, has worked within the social development sector for more than a decade and has significant experience in designing and implementing CSI and SRI programmes with nonprofit organizations, multi-national corporations and international development agencies.
