Lifeline aims to reduce personal stress and emotional pain through readily available telephonic and face to face counselling and personal growth programmes. It provides a professional and confidential service offered by well trained disciplined community members, lay counsellors, facilitators and trainers.

The organisation works within communities throughout Southern Africa to embrace emotional wellness, mobilize social change and to build a collective community hearth with caring and courageous responses to their unique challenges.
